In partnership with the guys who brought Go Luxury Villas, Go Samui Villas and Go Samui Weddings to the scene, the concept was dreamed up by Don Lawson, previously Executive Chef at the Anantara, and current President of the Samui Culinary Circle, and decades of hospitality experience under his belt. Don is joined by Reuben Kimber, Michelin trained chef and private dining specialist.
Accompanying the chefs are seasoned mixologists Shaun Hill and Rom Waranon, who bring masterful cocktails to any event. Cheap nasty punch it ain’t!
Go Samui Catering can provide you an end-to-end service, even if you need them to provide a villa (through Go Luxury Villas), or organize a full wedding (through Go Samui Weddings). If you’ve got your villa ready, there’s a selection of menus for a variety of occasions, fully prepared, cooked (on location) and served at your venue. The chefs are obsessed with sourcing the finest ingredients, both local and imported.
Whether you are after a casual sandwich and snack type do, a traditional Thai cuisine selection, or fine dining seafood extravaganza, the guys have the options, and the flexibility. Great wine lists are available, as well as, of course, full-service cocktail bars; they bring the party to you! And for the veggie, non gluten crowds, not a problem for the team.
Corporate or private function, huge crowds or intimate dinners, the team at GSC are ready for your event. They have built quite a portfolio of events over the last year or so, and pride themselves on the decent portion sizes, reasonable costing, and bespoke levels of service.
